HONSEL Pierce and clinch systems are individually designed for each application.

The fully automatic processing of PCF elements into progressive or transfer dies or automated press lines is particularly economical for high volume production. Here, the fastener is conveyed from a multi-lane PCF feeder via hoses into the assembly modules, which are integrated into the stamping tool.

One or more fasteners can be installed with each press stroke. The assembly modules can be installed in either the upper or lower die, regardless of angular position.

The PCF C-frame technology is ideally suited for processing PCF elements in body-in-white. Particularly for large sheet metal parts or components with connecting elements in a non-axis-parallel arrangement, the C-frame system offers cost-effective and fast processing with superior positioning accuracy. With complex component structures, a robot can simply guide the component into the C-frame to assemble the PCF fasteners.
