Retainer nose pieces available as options ensure that the rivet cannot fall out of the tool so that one hand remains free, e.g. to hold the part.

Furthermore, the pretension of the retention nose piece ensures that sheared rivet mandrels are “automatically” pushed into the collecting bin by the following mandrel - tilting of the tool is therefore not necessary and the riveting process is accelerated.

The HONSEL RIVDOM eBZ 3 is supplied as standard with retention nose pieces. Wear parts can be changed practically without the use of tools.

To ensure optimum riveting with HONSEL retention nose pieces, we recommend the use of the guide sleeves and stud discharge tubes matching the respective STUD DIAMETER (S).
