EU Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 has been in force since February 18, 2024, and is gradually replacing the previous Battery Directive. It defines new requirements for batteries and accumulators across their entire lifecycle - from manufacturing and use to take-back and recycling. Manufacturers, importers, and distributors face new obligations regarding safety, labeling, traceability, sustainability, and the provision of information. Additional requirements will apply from 2027, including expanded digital product information accessible via QR code.

Note on the Return of defective Batteries
You may drop these off free of charge at designated collection points, retail outlets, municipal recycling centers, or via established take-back systems. As a registered manufacturer, we ensure that used batteries are properly collected, treated, and recycled.
