The Riwo BZ units are fully automated units for the setting of blind rivets and sealing plugs; they are designed for stationary operation within an automated production line.
The Riwo BZ consists of the RivSys BZ 18-30 pneumatic-hydraulic setting tool or the RivSys BZ DIII that is adapted to fit a pneumatic linear unit and has an integrated fastener transfer unit.
The fastener transfer unit is mounted on a swivelling device that brings the fastener into the transfer position.
Both units can be supplied with or without our DMSD-2G process monitoring system.
