Honsel Fastening USA sends text messages to business customers and vendors who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to order confirmations, shipment notifications, delivery coordination, order status updates, and responses to inquiries. No marketing messages are sent.

Opt-out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

How to Opt in
Honsel Fastening USA collects SMS consent verbally by phone. Our representative reads the following script, and text messages are only sent after the customer agrees:
“Honsel Fastening USA would like to text you about quotes, orders, shipments and deliveries. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Your number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Terms & Privacy can be found at: honsel.de/en/sms-terms-us. Do you agree?”
After the customer agrees, we send the following confirmation text, which also serves as our record of consent:
“Honsel Fastening USA: Thanks for opting in to texts about quotes, orders and shipments. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms & Privacy: https://www.honsel.de/en/sms-terms-us/.”
