Blind rivets ALFO^® FLEX

HONSEL ALFO FLEX blind rivets have been specially optimised to prevent the often faulty riveting in very soft materials or with slightly too large drill hole diameters.

Due to the thinner wall of the blind rivet sleeve, less force is required to deform the sleeve. This better deformation results in better locking of the mandrel inside the head.

With oversized drill holes and excessive stud breaking loads in soft materials, the standard blind rivet can pull through so that the stud shears outside the blind rivet sleeve and protrudes.
