All tools must be checked and maintained regularly. Various problems can be solved with this guide.

Clamping jaws

Dirty clamping jaws
clean or throw away the clamping jaws.
Clean clamping jaws
Do not use grease spray for the clamping jaws
Use lubricating grease from the tube for the clamping jaws
Lightly grease the outside of the clamping jaws only

Mandrel discharge

Check the size of the rivet and choose the right nosepiece.
