Battery-powered setting tool for blind rivets

With a weight of only 1.6 kg incl. battery, very compact dimensions and excellent ergonomics, the tool is perfectly equipped for daily use and every installation situation.

10.000 N setting force in combination with the new brushless motor makes it possible to reliably process any blind rivet up to 5.0 mm.

With a pure setting process of less than one second, 30 blind rivets can be processed in 60 seconds. This means that the Rivdom eBZ 1 is twice as fast as comparable tools and saves more than 45 minutes working time per day!

Rivdom eBZ 1 open with brushless BLDC direct current motor

High stability and weight savings

The newly developed brushless BLDC direct current motor in the Rivdom eBZ 1 guarantees an almost wear-free, permanent life cycle.

Individual return mode setting

When using manual return mode, the trigger has to remain pressed until the rivet is sheared. When the trigger is released, the tool moves back to the front starting position.

In addition, Rivdom eBZ 1 offer an automatic return mode. Here the trigger merely has to be pressed slightly to start the automatic setting process. Immediately after the drop in the measured force with the shearing of the rivet mandrel, the tool moves back automatically to the starting position to keep the riveting cycle as short as possible.

The pre-tensioning of the optionally available retainer nosepieces ensures that torn off rivet mandrels are "automatically" pushed into the collection container by the following mandrel - a tilting movement of the tool is therefore not necessary - the processing process is accelerated.
